I am trying to find out the official rule in girls fastpitch as to how many innings a girl can play in one night. For instance, a girl plays the entire seven innings in a varsity game and then comes down and plays four innings in the JV game. Is this right?

there is no limit to the number of innings, but usually you are not allowed to play on the varsity and j.v. teams, you must pick only one.
